Our Company Company News COLORADO SPRINGS AIRPORT SELECTS INTERSTAR FOR PUBLIC RELATIONS FORT WORTH, Texas (February 18, 2002) - InterStar Marketing & Public Relations has been selected as public relations counsel for Colorado Springs Airport. InterStar will work with Colorado Springs Airport to develop an overall public relations strategy. The agency will coordinate targeted media pitches within the aviation and tourism industries. InterStar has teamed with Colorado Springs-based Cukjati Design & Advertising on a broad-based marketing program for the Airport. Cukjati will create a broadcast and print advertising campaign and is developing a public and corporate outreach campaign. Colorado Springs Airport is owned and operated by the City of Colorado Springs, the modern facility opened in October 1994. The fast-growing gateway to Colorado is 20 minutes east of downtown Colorado Springs. The Airport owns 7,135 acres with multiple sites available for lease and development, including runway access.
