Our Company Company News INTERSTAR NAMES KATHY KORGE SENIOR VICE PRESIDENT FORT WORTH, Texas (June 21, 2001) - Kathy Korge has been named Senior Vice President of InterStar Marketing and Public Relations Inc. for the North Texas-based agency. Korge, who joined InterStar in November 1989, oversees the agency's New York service office and client projects "Kathy has been a vital part of our agency for more than a decade. Her new focus in the Northeastern Corridor will give InterStar clients a strong voice in New York and other media strongholds," said InterStar President Jane Schlansker. Her extensive experience managing large-scale projects is invaluable for InterStar's corporate and public sector clients. Korge coordinates a variety of services including print production, scheduling; media planning and contract negotiations. Korge studied fashion merchandising and promotion and graduated from Tobe Coburn School for Fashion Careers in New York. Previously Korge was an account coordinator for a Houston-based design firm. In 2001 she traveled to Russia to take part in an international public service project. InterStar Marketing and Public Relations specializes in developing strategic communications programs for both corporate and public clients.
